In the Know with Row: Backyard Green Infrastructure

Learn how to improve our waterways with beautiful and efficient solutions from your own yard or neighborhood green space!

How do rain barrels, water-friendly landscaping, and rain gardens help our waterways? How can you save money and save the planet from your home or neighborhood green space this season?

Join ROW and partners for an interactive online event  this Thursday May 28 from 3:30 – 4:45 p.m. to learn about impacts of stormwater and how to manage it in your yard! Guest speakers from Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District, Kheprw, and Keep Indianapolis Beautiful will share their knowledge about Green Infrastructure practices you can implement in your yard.

***You’ll get a free native species seed packet (in the mail) for attending!***

This  Zoom event will include presentations, videos, interactive polls, and Q&A sessions to insure everyone can engage and learn about this important topic. Feel free to bring your own beverage and some questions to ask during the event.
